Explore the nearby unspoilt sandy beaches of North Sands and South Sands, and revel in the stunning views across the estuary to East Portlemouth and Millbay, amongst other enticing coves just a short walk or passenger ferry ride away. There property sleeps eight in four bedrooms. On the first floor is a family bathroom with bath, shower (over) and on the second floor is a shower room. There is a small but cosy sitting room, an open planned area with well equipped kitchen and utility and the rear of the property is a good sized area of wooden decking with table and chairs and garden area.
